想要宏观概括当下之现状，已有了多种名头，Information Commons算一种，Critical Information Studies 算一种，这里还有一种：Social Computing。
Social Computing多以微软的Social Computing Group为代表，其实当有更多的适应性研究，The shift to Social Computing一文算是个较好的说明，有个比喻很是恰当：web2.0是修建高速公路，而Social Computing则是随之而来的社会性结果，有好有坏。Forrester有一个报告：”Social Computing: How Networks Erode Institutional Power, And What To Do About It“，价值$299呢，呵呵，幸好有人提供下载。
